After just one week I lost an inch off of my waist and an inch off my muffin-top. The workouts are challenging for sure - this is no "eat bon-bons and walk to the corner" routine, it's hard work but it's only 3 weeks, I can do anything for 21 days. My buns & abs are sore with every workout, all in different places. The meal plan is yummy and is leaving me with plenty of energy, I've never gone this long without wheat, what a difference it makes. Thanks again Val - you're kicking my a$$ and I love it!!!

This program is delivering results in ultra-quick time. After only 11 days I have lost 3 lbs of fat and gained half a pound of lean body mass. My measurements are down by 2 inches. Although the diet is challenging for me, I managed to stick with it 100%. The foods are delicious and I have tried out new recipes that take little effort and time in the kitchen. The high-intensity workouts are fast,furious and fun and have me dripping with sweat. I can see changes in the mirror in all the known troublespots!
